We install the module on your store, you send us your stock, and we start shipping as soon as it arrives. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the technical integration.
It depends on your plan. At the fastest, orders placed before 12 noon leave the same day. We ship within France, across the EU and internationally.
Returns come back to our warehouse, are inspected, then put back into stock or set aside according to your instructions. You are notified at every step from your dashboard.
Yes. Stickers, flyers, samples, boxes in your colours: several levels of customisation are available depending on your plan.
No. All our plans are commitment-free, with monthly billing.
Yes, on all the national brands we distribute (currently Bunny Nature, with more coming soon) and on our entire own range, under your brand if you wish. You list the products on your store without buying stock in advance: for each order, we take the goods from our stock and ship them directly to your end customer, under your identity. The service is fully built into our fulfillment, at no extra cost, and available with the Pro and Expert plans.
Yes. Our entire range is available as private label dropshipping: your labels, your brand. We make to order and ship directly to your end customer. You buy no stock and only pay for what ships. Labels are printed on demand at the time of production, exactly as with standard private label: no print run to finance, no minimum, no set-up fee. This service is reserved for the Pro and Expert plans. Please note that products sold through dropshipping do not benefit from the catalogue discount attached to your plan, which applies to the products you store with us.
