There is no overall minimum. You order our products according to your shop's actual needs, with no minimum basket requirement.

The minimum depends on the format and type of packaging. On large formats, we can produce under your brand from 1 unit per product. On smaller formats, the minimum is 10 units per product. We review every project on a case-by-case basis.

Private Label means selling products from our catalogue under your brand, with your labelling and visual identity. It is the fastest and most cost-effective way to launch a range. Own Brand goes further: together we design unique products or collections (Advent calendars, gift boxes, themed boxes, limited editions, exclusive mixes…), with fully tailor-made packaging.

Our price list is structured in three tiers (per unit, per full carton and per full pallet) to suit every way of working. Beyond that, we can draw up a specific price proposal tailored to your situation and forecast volumes.

We deliver throughout the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU.

Yes, we are happy to provide samples so you can check the quality of our products before committing.

First contact (form or phone), a conversation to understand your business and needs, samples sent if relevant, your account opened, then your first order. You then have a dedicated contact person.

We are the exclusive distributor in France of Bunny Nature, a premium natural range for rabbits and rodents, and of Dolina Noteci and Luger's, two premium wet food brands for dogs and cats. The branded products we distribute complement our own production, so you can stock your entire shelf from a single supplier.

Yes, on our whole catalogue: our own products as well as the brands we distribute (Bunny Nature, Dolina Noteci, Luger's). You sell on your online store without buying stock in advance: for each order, we produce or pick the product and ship it directly to your end customer, under your identity, including in white label or under your own brand. For our products made to order, please allow two to three days of production before shipping. Dropshipping is included in our Pro and Expert plans, detailed in our fulfillment and dropshipping brochure.

No volume commitment is required to order. You order what you want, when you want. A specific discounted price list can be set up as part of a more structured collaboration, formalised by a framework agreement with a volume commitment.

For catalogue orders (products in stock), shipping within 2 to 3 days. For Private Label production (under your brand), allow around ten days. For Own Brand projects, every project is unique and the lead time is given with the quote.
