What is white-label dropshipping?
It lets you sell products on your online store under your own brand, without buying or storing them. For each order, we make or pick the product, label it in your colours and ship it directly to your end customer. You only pay for orders actually shipped.
Can I sell your range under my own brand?
Yes, on our entire range. Your labels are printed on demand at the time of production, exactly as with standard private label: no print run to finance, no minimum, no set-up fee. The service is reserved for the Pro and Expert plans of our fulfillment offer.
Is there a minimum order?
No. As labels are printed on demand, you can sell from a single unit, including on large formats where our standard private label usually requires a minimum.
Which products are available for dropshipping?
Two catalogues. On the one hand, our entire manufactured range: over 300 natural treats and chews for dogs, cats and small pets, available under your brand. On the other hand, the national brands we distribute, currently Bunny Nature, with more brands to come.
What is the shipping lead time?
Products in stock leave the same day for any order received before 2 pm. Products made to order under your brand are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Does dropshipping cost more than standard fulfillment?
No, it is included in your fulfillment subscription at no extra cost, with the same shipping rates as orders sent from your own stock. The only difference: products sold through dropshipping do not benefit from the catalogue discount attached to your plan, which applies to the products you store with us.
Does my customer know the parcel comes from you?
No. The parcel ships under your identity, with your documents, and can be customised (stickers, flyers, samples, boxes in your colours depending on your plan). Your end customer has no contact with Inaris.
Which online stores are compatible?
PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify through our dedicated modules, as well as any store able to send us its orders by API or file import.
